I can;'t believe how I was treated. I went in there to buy Season 3 of Simon & Simon. They had a bunch of them on the shelf I took one up to purchase it., They refused to let me buy it after it was put on my credit card and I was in the middle of the transaction. It was literaly ripped out of my hands and taken away from me. Then the cashier goes to look for some one to ask a question too. She comes back holding it away from me like I 'm going to snatch it from her and refuses to sale it to me and clears the transaction. Says my credit card is cleared. The had shelved these things a day early and refused to sale it to me. That's not my problem . They we're in a transaction with me and were selling it to me they should have honored it and went back and then took the others off the shelf. What kind of store is this anyway . They so illiterate they don't pay attention to their release schedules. What's more they need to learn how to treat their customers and get their acts together.

I know it will be out offical tomorrow. My mothers willing to go back sence she works near there and get me one., I just hope they dont sale them all out. If they wanted to be nice they could sold it to me and they took the others off the shelf. Or even held on to one for me till i could get my copy tomorrow. even a discouint ., something. i dont get why they dont pay atention to there release dates , or have some order. all i wanted was my simon & simon season 3. to bad i didnt get to work it out weith a manager or something . there wasnt one there or aorund.

Certain products with street dates have hefty fines if they are sold prior to the street date. These fines are upwards of 10,000 per copy sold.

I have to agree with you on the matters part. This situation could have been handled much better but the media still would not have been sold prior to it's street date.

good policy is you sale it to me anyway make the customer happy ., then go take the rest off the shelf.sence they made the mistake. thats what should have happened. the whole thing was just wrong,.
