Halo Reach Preorder Xbox Live

Hi,

 

I preordered Halo Reach standard edition ($59.99) on 5/13/2010 over the phone and had my rewards zone card linked to the transaction to get the preorder offer. I am also a Gamers Club member. The offer was to get 3 month xbox live code and 500 bonus rewards zone points. It is now 23 days after the release and as far as I understand from previous posts the 500 bonus points won't appear until 45 days after the release. When do I get my xbox live subscription code? I am also concerned that my transaction wasn't properly linked to my rewards zone card. I made the order over the phone because I couldn't link my RZ account on bestbuy.com. Could someone please contact me to answer my questions?

Yeah, I just spent way too much time on the phone with (clueless) customer service.  No one knows, no one cares, you'll just have to wait for "some time."
