HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

In the span of 7 months I purchased two items (appliances) and had the customer service experience you only read about in HORROR stories. It is amazing in this day and age, you can make a refund to my account WITHOUT my having to come in. Your ppl give miss information, you tell lies....YOU do nOT care about your customers!

Sorry to hear about you having two negative experiences with appliance purchases from us in the last seven months, and no employee should be knowingly giving you any incorrect information. As a company our customers should be our top priority, and if we have made you feel otherwise I truly am sorry!

 

I will admit that there is very little for me to go on here, and if you need my personal assistance in getting a resolution to a concern of yours just post back to this thread with the details of what you need from us. I look forward to hearing from you!

Could not agree more my friend. Best buy has the worst customer service and has been this way for over 10 years

My most recent reply is to whomever said "maybe you should post your problem?.." or whatever. BestBUY knows eXACTLY what their problem is and until they begin taking their customers seriously.....they will remain subpar!

Welcome to the club! I have been going to our local best buy for longer than 99% of their employees have been alive. The current "customer service" is non existent and these forums are mearly "lipstick on a pig".

nspencer1 - This is the thing.. These forums are meant to resolve customer service issues. People that come here generally come with the intent of getting a resolution and not just venting. Crystal suggested stating your issue so that a member from corporate could assist you.

 

  But, obviously you have no desire for a resolution and came here just to vent. No need to be rude to those who are trying to help you, though.

hydrogenwv--No...this is the thing.....resolutuion attempts were made several times (as has been the case in so many other posts I've read on this "resolutions" forum...).  One should not have to go to these lengths for what most consumers feel should be rather simple resolutions.  If Best buy really wanted to resolve my issues, they had plenty opportunity to do so.

 I have "stated" my issue to several employees/managers at best buy to no satisfaction. 

 

My recourse now is to warn other nice consumers about what they have to deal with when buying appilcances at best buy. I am not being rude ...just factual. Consumers have choices. But obviously you don't get it.  chances for resolution are over.
