HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I made a trip to best buy yesterday (Sunday) to see how much it would be to rewire my car audio system. I went to a store in south Florida in Margate on sample road and 441. Its a new store so I figure I would try it out. I talked to a rep named Chris, nice guy. He told me the guy was not available seeing as it was a Sunday, that's completely understandable. He then told me to give him my info and we set a time to make an appointment so I can have it looked at. That's not the problem.

 

today (Monday) I call the best buy on my break, all four of my breaks at work. Each time I was on hold for 15 minutes before their phones disconnected my call. Talked to a rep and told them what department I need to talk to. They then told me to please hold.. Each time.. And each time was 15 minutes. I explained to them each time what happened and was reassured every time it wont happen again. I just wanted to verify my appointment time. (at 6:15). I show up around 6 15 (maybe 5 minis late?) and wait in the car audio isle.. No one was around to help or even tried to see if I needed anything. I had to walk across the store to find a rep in the video game isle and he pointed me to the front of the store and told me to talk to home audio. After talking to a rep he told me the car audio guy went home. Then he pointed me to customer service. Where the lady said nothing but he isn't there and come another day. This is frustrating beyond explanation. I wasted my time and gas going to this store. I am still angry and don't plan on shopping at any best buy or any of its affiliates again. I have a full time job and time is valuable. They wasted my time and therefore.. I guess ill just bring my business elsewhere. Too bad Cir. City closed, when I shopped there I was never treated like this.
