I bought my iMac December 22, 2011 through Bestbuy.com and picked up at my local store. Unfortunately, it was never put on my Rewards Zone account. (Probably my fault!)
I have the order number available and I need a copy of the receipt. What I found on bestbuy.com won't cut it. Do I need to go to the store, since I picked it up there, or can I deal with someone at bestbuy.com? Unfortunately, my imac needs service, so I am in need of this info for warranty purposes.
Thanks!!

To obtain a copy of a receipt for your records or for returns, exchanges, warranty, or service plan work, you may do any of the following.
1) Call 1-888 BEST BUY
2) Go to your local store/call them
3) Wait here and typically within a few business days a Connector will be on to assist you.
Generally, in order to find a copy of your receipt, this information may be needed.
- Name or purchaser
- Phone number used during purchase
- Reward Zone number
- Credit Card used for purchase (if a recent purchase within a few months)
They may need other information and if they do, they will ask. Generally, if you gave them your information for Reward Zone, Service Plan purchase, Subscription purchase (anti-virus, Geek Squad Tech Support, etc.) or if you paid with a credit card, then they should be able to find that information for you.
