I recently thought I had a virus on my computer, took it first thing Sunday to Best Buy, after the guy behind the counter asked me several questions, he said my black tie protection didn't cover software but if I had time he'll look into it for me.
He ran a battery of test,told me how to clean my desktop, delete unnecessary programs, all for free. Kudos to Best Buy, FM529,Houston, Texas

I would love to know why Best Buy employees are so quick to recognize the rare occurance of good customer service in their stores, but don't exactly hurry to reprimand or fix the overwelmingly bad service that many customers, as well as myself, are complaining about all over this forum.
