Hi,

I received a $50 gift card for a prize draw during a work dinner and I have not used it yet.

There is no expiration date, and when I tried to use it today I couldn't.

I called the number on the back and it said that my balance is in fact $50, but when I try to apply it to a purchase online it tells me that it has been locked.

What should I do?

But my problem was that the first time I tried to calculate my gift card's balance before applying it to the order, I typed in the security code wrong and it automatically locked it.

24 hours later, I just managed to apply it successfully and purchase what I needed.
