Hello, I have a best buy gift card for $25. I went to scratch off the back of it to enter the numbers into bestbuy.com so I could purchase an item. While scratching off the covering some of the numbers also scratched off and I can't figure them out. I was wondering what I should do or if there was another way I could enter the card online. I have heard of other gift cards having serial numbers that can be entered and I was also wondering if these had them and if so how I would enter it. Thank you.

Oh no! Money to spend and you can't use your $25 Best Buy gift card? Unfortunately, unless there's some sort of proof of purchase, like a purchase receipt, it's tough to find out the remaining numbers. You can always do trial and error, but of course, that's not so simple and can take a bit of time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
