Has anyone else had trouble with getting repairs on major appliances with black tie protection? I called for my washer repair almost a month ago. There have been three service calls and the washer is still not fixed. The last service tech said he ordered a part and would return within two days to install the part but it's been over four days and he hasn't shown up nor will he return any phone calls or voice mail messages. My latest call to the Geek Squad resulted in an appointment ten days from now. I have never had such poor service.

Having this washer in repair for a month would be too long for anyone, and I am really sorry for how long this is taking us.
