Geek Squad "Customer Service"

Who does the scheduling of the Geez Squad appts?  Have had an appt schedule for well over a week with the typical 4 hour window!  Got the call today that they would be here 2 hours after that window.  Wasn't thrilled but rescheduled an appt to be here for it.  THEN get a call an hour before the second window is 'up' and now he is not even going to make it.  Then I say ok can you come tomorrow. Nope that now doesn't work with his schedule.  REALLY?????  I thought it was called CUSTOMER service.  What about my time wasted today?  Rescheduled an appt to be here and for what!  Very frustrating.  Now I get why Amazon is where people are turning to buy electronics!!   Unbelievable!
