Do you really think every person who ever steps in BB has a bad experience? Half the things people get mad at on this forum are policies that are for your protection OR things beyond their control.
Everyone on here complains about part orders from the manufacturer taking too long, and best buy should cough up a new computer/tv because of it. Thats a great way to go out of buisness. Like it is best buys fault an eMachines breaks and they take their good old time shipping out a part that will either come broken or break 2 days later.
People complain about bad service they recieved by a sales person, talk to the manager and point them out, if someone gets enough complaints they will get kicked and it will help out the company when someone better is hired. Dont let one or 2 bad people ruin your experience, talk to someone else.
People complain about the return policy on software, you can't return open software anywhere, why would BB be an exception, there would be soo many people buying games stealing the CD and returning them if you could return opened software.
People complain about not being able to return a gift that was bought on someone elses credit card.. can they not see how its a liability for BB to give cash to someone else returning a product?
