I purchased a television install from Geek Squad. I ordered it thinking that they would install it and do it completely. They could not make it within the dates that they said they could do it online. Then the day they were schedule they were late. I called Geek Sqad several times. I was disconnected several times bot trying to schedule and when I was wondering where they were and again when I was trying to lodge my complaint to them on the phone.
I had enough time to register and write this out while I was on hold again!

This is the worst service I have ever encountered. I also am trying to cancel a service and keep getting disconnected and transferred! 3 hours now....... and counting.....
I am Done.......
