Geek Squad Black Tie Protection on bundles

About a year ago I bought a TV set that came with a blu-ray player bundled together. Does the Geek Squad Black Tie Protection I purchased apply to the blu-ray player?

Typically, no. It has to be purchased separately. If you have more than one line on your receipt that says GSBTP then you may have it.

Although I am an employee of Best Buy, my posts or replies which contain opinions are personal and not that of Best Buy. Additionally, the solutions I have are what I have seen from my own store and other stores may differ in their solutions to your problem.

If the bundle was all in one singular box, the the GSP would cover all the contents therein. If they were two different boxes, the GSP is individually sold.
