Today has been an extremely exciting day!! As you may have noticed, I am chipping away as quickly as I can to get this resolved for everyone. I got my code last night @ 8:54 PST and picked the game up today a little after noon. Entered the code and it said it's for the Mech Baird but won't download. All it says is "This download is pending." Has said that for a good hour.

Anyone else getting their code and having this issue?

I did 2 preorders, one for me, one for my younger brother, back earlier this month. My email was also never captured even though I have a RZ with my email attached. How can I get both my preorder codes?

It's good that somebody from Best Buy is helping resolve this problem considering nobody at the store or Customer Service would help...

Best Buy employees at the store have nothing to do with distributing the codes.

I haven't recieved my code for Baird yet either I pre-ordered acouple weeks back also

My brother and I picked up two games last night at the midnight opening, but still no code sent. Maybe Mariel can help look into this?

I pre-ordered 3 copies of Gears at 3 different Best Buys, but I still have not received any pre order codes. All three are attached to the email address associated with this forums account. Any chance you could help me out? Thanks a bunch!

I pre-ordered a few months ago and picked up my Epic Edition at midnight last night, and at looks like I'm in the same boat as everyone else without a code.

I also preordered and havent got my code yet.  I did do the buy a year of live with the game for $20 off and got that code emailed to me, of course that code was printed on the reciept also.  (FYI that was a 20 minute fiasco in the store, adding the year of live with the promo....)

my email was not on my preorder reciept, but it has my rz info on it.  

ive now been on hold waiting for a "gaming specialist" with 1888bestbuy for 35 minutes.
