A while ago, I posted here claiming my laptops' gpu is over heating while charging even on
"Balanced" mode it should not make a drastic change in heat when changing from "Power Saver"
to "Balanced" while charging here are the temps right before it went into black screen while charging
under "Balanced" keep in mind that I am playing a game on my laptop since it is a gaming laptop.

Now, I think this all the proof I need that something is possible wrong?.. I'm about to test when
its done charging on power saver if it will over heat and shut down while not on the battery on
"High Performance"
My laptops warrenty expires in 2011 to add.
as well as the accidental coverage.

Hi mlgposer,
It is true that the Geek Squad will have to verify the defect in order to perform any repairs. By all means, take in the details you shared as they may be helpful. Replacement of your unit would only become an option if it qualifies under the No Lemon Policy, if the unit is unrepairable, or if it is found to be uneconomical to repair. Ultimately, I do not have physical access to your unit or the technical knowledge to diagnose your unit or speculate about what might happen - the service center will make that determination upon review.
Please keep up posted and let us know how it goes.
