I bought large kitchen appliances online. I received several confirmation emails stating my scheduled delivery date is tomorrow... and that someone would call me today.
I've been on the phone since 530 central time... and no one will help me. Customer service sent me to a warehouse, The warehouse sent me to the local BB. The local people promised to call me back for the 3rd time, over an hour ago... Its now after 9pm, central time... & some guys are going to show up at my house tomorrow... and I have no idea when... Maybe the won't show. Why doesn't anyone I talk to know what I'm talking about? What do i do?

IMPORTANT! The next step is that a delivery agent will contact you by phone the day before your scheduled delivery date to confirm a 2-hour appointment time window.

Hi hbarringer,
It sounds like all you need is for someone to confirm that your appliances that you purchased on BestBuy.com are being delivered today, which should be a very simple thing for Best Buy® to look up. I apologize for any misinformation you might have gotten while trying to confirm your delivery. As you posted, the customer should be called the day before the delivery of their appliance and given the two hour timeframe that the delivery drivers are scheduled to be at their home. I would like to get you the information needed so I am sending you a private message. To check your inbox you should make sure you are logged into the forum, and then click on the letter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Thanks for posting,
Allan
