29 Days ago I bought a Samsung Stainless french-door fridge from Best Buy. A week later it was delivered. A day later when it went to make ice it poured water out of where the dipenser and down the doors onto the floor and even poured water on the inside. At first I thought maybe one of the kids spilt, until every two hours the floor had a puddle of water and the fridge had water spilling out of if. I called immediately and they said they would send a repair man. I had to shut the water off to the fridge. He came the following week and then told me it would be another week for him to order the part and he'd be back to fix it. So he came back a week later and attempted to repair it. An hour after he left it went to make ice and the same thing happened. I have now wasted three saturdays waiting for a fridge or it's repairs. I feel that I bought a new fridge and not a refurbished one. But I know things happened and I was willing to repair it. Now I want to exchange it. This fridge is driving me crazy. I called Best buy a day after the repairman came about 22 days after my purchase and they said they couldn't exchange it until it went through their damaged delivery department, and they would get back to me in three days. I called back 5 days later as they had not contacted me and they reassured me someone would call soon. I am a very patient person loosing my patience quick. It has been a week and no one has called. I am contemplating renting truck and just taking it back to the store and going else where to buy a fridge. If I had simply changed my mind they would have exchanged it right away according to the lady in the store. But because it has a problem it has to go to a research agent and then they will tell me what they will do. I haven't been shopping for a week because they said when they exchanged it they would bring the fridge and take the old one. I don't want my food to spoil while the new fridge cools down. Please when can I get a new fridge so I can go grocery shopping again. Terrible policy Best Buy, it just isn't right.

Be careful not to allow them to stall you past the 30 day return period. Which is one of the more egregious Weasel tactics that Best Buy has reportedly employed many times.

Hi uekowewacl,
After this icemaker continuously pouring water onto your floor, and already having the refrigerator repaired, I can certainly understand you being upset. It sounds like you are still within the 30 day return or exchange period, and your local store should have no problem arranging for a return or exchange of this unit.
Keep in mind your return or exchange period starts from the date you took possession of the refrigerator, which means this timeframe started the date we delivered the unit. If you have any problems in getting this processed by your local store just post back to this thread, and I will make sure you get taken care of.
Thanks for posting,
