Best Buy & Geek Squad Policies

I am another victim of Best Buy's false "here by Christmas promise".  I ordered a camera for my daughter to tape my grandson's first Christmas.  I ordered on 12/18 at the store because they were out of stock at the store and the associate promised me it would be here by Christmas.  And since I ordered at the store I got free shipping.  Now my delivery date is 12/29.  What good is that?  I am between screaming mad and wanting to cry.  If it wasn't going to be here I would have driven elsewhere and bought it.  But they wait until the day before Christmas eve to let me know that something they promised by 12/24 won't be here because they shipped it by standard delivery.  Any idiot knows you can't get it here by 12/24 with standard delivery.  Now they want to give me some stupid coupon-- can't catch memories with a coupon.  I have another delivery problem with a store related to Sam, they jumped on the ball and had my item here in 2 days and absorbed the shipping.   I will NEVER buy from Worst buy again and I will be sending e-mails to everyone I know how they lie.  And since my item will be 5 days too late they will get it back and I will wait til another store has it in stock.
