What will change? |
The HSBC brand will be replaced by the Capital One Financial brand (Capital One, N.A.). |

What will the change look like? |
Transitions like these take some time. You will start to see the Capital One name on communications in the near future. You may receive communications under the name Capital One and the name HSBC, as we work through the transition. We will eventually switch all materials over to the Capital One name. |

Will my account number change? |
No |

Will I get a new card? |
Not at this time. Continue using your card as you do today. |

Will anything change how I use my Best Buy credit card? |
No. The issuing bank change will not impact your account terms or your finance plan options or your credit line or your ability to use your card the way you have in the past. |

Will my APR change? |
Not as a result of the change from HSBC to Capital One. |

Will my annual fee change? |
Not as a result of the change from HSBC to Capital One. If you do not pay an annual fee today, you will not pay an annual fee as a result of the change in issuing bank. If you pay an annual fee today, you will continue to pay an annual fee after the name change. |

Will my customer service contact information change? |
No. Phone numbers and addresses remain the same. Eventually you will hear and / or see Capital One instead of HSBC. |

Will I need to change how I pay my credit card bill? |
The bank will inform you when to start making payments to Capital One instead of HSBC. There will be no other changes to your statement. There will be no changes to how you pay your bill (mail, phone, online, in-store). There will be no changes to how you access and pay your account online. |

Will my automatic payment still work? |
Yes. All automatic payments you previously set up through HSBC will stay the same. |

Will Account Shield Plus or Reward Zone change? |
Only the name of the issuing bank will change. The terms, features and price of Account Shield Plus will not be affected by this change. There will be no changes to any benefits as a result of the name change. |

Will this change impact my credit report? |
Your credit history will transfer to Capital One and your credit report will reflect the Capital One name on your account. |

Who can I call with my questions? |
Please call the number on the back of your credit card, statement or on correspondence that you have received. In the short run, you may hear the name HSBC or the name Capital One when you call. Regardless of the name, a representative will be happy to help you. |
