I bought an LCD TV a week before last Saturday (Aug 15) at local store. However, it seems to be broken (frequently no sounds). I would like to exchange it to new one or other manufacturer's TV. I threw away the box. Am I eligible to exchange it?

Yes, as long as the item is not damaged you would be able to exchange it within 30 days of purchase.
