I live 30 minutes away from the BestBuy, so returning things takes planning. I was 3 days late...
I am a silver reward member, but they had a holiday return policy that superceded any benefit I get from Silver reward
I'm not asking for special treatment, I'm asking them to change their policy to be less black and white and more customer friendly. If they choose not to, then I move my business elsewhere.
A fatal flaw in any business strategy is to be company focused, not customer focused.
