   I'm curious if there is an official stance/policy in how pre-order 'waves' are going to be addressed in

regards to locations that recieve 'extras' pf the HTC Evo?

Hello RoadkillStewie,

It’s my understanding that all preorders for the HTC Evo will be fulfilled on a first-come, first served basis, so “extras” will only be available once all preorders have been fulfilled.  This regrettably means that some stores may not have additional units for sale on launch date due to high demand/limited quantities.  For more information though I would encourage you to check with your local store.

  that's what I was more/or less trying to get confirmation of... from the horses mouth as best I could.  There are some rumors and some people have been given other... instruction that implied it may be otherwise.
