I want to thank Matt and Joe at the Best Buy store in Grand Junction, CO. Yesterday I purchased a laptop for my mother who is a senior and disabled. I arranged it all from North Carolina. Both Matt and Joe were extremely helpful and patient. They took the time to discuss all the benefits and features of each of the available laptops with my mother on two separate visits to the store. They allowed her to test each laptop in the store. They made the process very comfortable for my mother and even carried her purchase out to her car for her which was very important due to her disability.
I work in the IT field and it is very important to recognize excellent customer service when it is provided. Too often in the past I have been the recipient of poor customer service. It is customer service like that provided by Matt and Joe in Grand Junction, Co that brings customers back!

Thank you. I think it is important that they be recognized for their excellent customer service, because that sets an example for other employees. Too often we only complain when we receive poor customer service and do not recognize or make note of those who excel.
