That's my personal incident number, I filed a ticket before hopping in the chat queue. But now you've got it, so you can tell the agent there's a documented case of giving someone the code.

All, I just got done chatting with an EA rep and explained what happened. He was able to provide the signature edition code to me which unlocked the content. However, as a precaution I sent a picture of the preorder receipt stating that I was going to get the signature edition and a photo of the standard edition Best Buy provided. So you might want to chat with EA support directly and support your claim in the same manner. I'm just really glad that EA stepped up to the plate on this one.

Go to http://support.ea.com/chat. The technician gave me a a code which unlocked Signature Edition, Black Emporium, Exiled Prince, and the soundtrack.
Finally did this late last night, and EA was able to assist me with obtaining the signature edition. The guy required me to show a picture of the game manual, reciept and pre-order reciept date.

I spent 2 hours live chatting with EA last night, they were able to give me some unlockables, but for some reason not all of them. I still have the incedent open. Hopefully I'll hear more today. I wish they had more codes, it would be a whole lot easier.

I'm sorry that many of you were not able to get the Bioware Signature Edition of the game. This copy was not for resale nor was it something that was only available if you preordered your copy of Dragon Age 2 by January 11th, 2011. There was a short time that the preorder was mistakenly offered on our in-store kiosks but we did secure enough of the game to cover this and we were able to send the stores additional stock to cover this.
I am looking into further actions that we can take to help those of you who weren't able to get your Signature Edition. In the meantime you can be an immense help to me by letting me know how you ordered the copy of Dragon Age 2: Bioware Signature Edition. Did you do an in-store preorder through a register, an in-store preorder via the kiosk for gaming and media, preorder online for in-store pickup or preorder online for delivery through BestBuy.com? This information will be very valuable to us in finding out what happened and if there is any avenue for us to correct what went on.
