My receipt and the card in the latest issue of Best Buy's Gamer Mag pre-order card specifically states "Get Mechanic Bairdfree when you pre-order Geas of War 3." I never received my code Tues., nor any other day after like I was supposed to. Hassled with lady on phone @ BB customer service and she says you have to pay for the game in full BEFORE they can send you the code, which is blatantly NOT what I have in writing. This code should have been emailed out Tues. morning @ midnight, like some people did get. Others got shafted and even got shafted after picking up the game. Bait and switch is what we have here, with being told verbally that what I have in writing isn't correct. Customer service lady told me she had nothing in writing to show that the game had to be picked up prior to the code being emialed, but said that is how it has to be done. I'm done with Best Buy pre-orders and you can bet that I won't be a Silver Rewards member next year like I havew been the past two years, because I'm done shopping at a store that screws with their customers.

So far Best Buy is getting a F for customer service. I've never received my code from my pre-order and no reply several day slater via email. Will be the last time I pre-order a game from Best Buy.

I got the canned response that I will be contacted within 3 days, but that's it. Why i sthis such a problem? I think I'm done with reserving games at Best Buy and I'm a Premier Silver Rewards member. You guys blew it big time.

No, there isn't 3. I did post one on the game forum by mistake. Funny, I can get a response on something like this, but not the code.

I also want my code. I PMed a MOD here and hopefully I get my code. They should have gaven it to us when we picked up the game

I agree. I'm very dissapointed by the way this has been handled. I believe this was also my last time pre ordering any game at best bu.
