My fiances and I decided to not go to ABC warehouse for our appliances for the first time and try best buy because we are silver reward zone members, and boy did we regret it.
The employee was very off putting and rude. When we asked questions, he would give us a strange look, make a "come here" hand gesture and point. As if we knew what were looking at.
We still ended up purchasing a Washer and dryer plus all the connections and a extra duct stub for around $1,100.00
That was meh, but i have had worse service.
What really got me was the delivery. The automated robo caller phoned me early yesterday, listened to the whole call and hung up. Then for what ever reason, it called me 7 more times. with the same information over and over again. It got extremely annoying.
The delivery itself was laughable. The delivery people brought the appliances down, changed the washer but not the dryer. They critizied us for the unusal gas shut off valve location, which obviously is our fault because we bought a house with a strange location like that. Then they outright refused to install the dryer and take the old one and left! Now i get an email that the delivery and install was complete. UH no its not!! I should have gone to ABC, they never had issue with them at either home.

I still dont have a reply from the Social Media people and i still dont have a installed dryer and the old one is still sitting there...

You should be hearing from Allan within about 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, if you need a quicker response, you will have to call Best Buy toll-free, but I've heard how much *fun* they are to deal with... I'd recommend, if possible, just hanging tight and seeing what the Community Connector can do for you. They seem to provide better resolutions than most other avenues of support.

After the subpar service at your local Best Buy store, I can certainly understand you being upset that this Dryer was not installed, and the old dryer was not hauled-away. I have to admit this doesn’t seem right to me, and I would like to personally look into this.
