Do not buy from BEST BUY!!! Their Geek Squad will state that they can install anything, but CAN"T. I brought my car in for a simple automatic start, no strings attached, just that! I didn't even want them to attach it to my lights to let me know it was on, just a simple automatic start.
They told me 3 hours and it wold be done, then 6. We only have one car and needed it so I was bugged! During this time, there were no updates given, no contact. And when I tried to call, I would get transfered and no one would answer (tried 4 times). Finally around the 8th hour they called my wife and told her it was ready. I was stuck at school waiting for her to be able to pick it up. So My 7 month old pregnant wife heads down with our 18 month old daughter at 8pm (thanks to our neighbor for driving her there) and they tell her it is not ready. She waited 1 and a half hours (expecting to just pick it up) and they still did not finish. (she finally just told them to stop because we needed the car).
I called Best Buy and spoke with 3 managers who were completely not caring about the wasted time and horrible experience.
They had it for another 4 hours today and finally told us they could not do it. We waisted 13 hours! Thanks Best Buy and Geek Squad. The management was just as poor. They did nothing to ease the anger, nothing to make me to think this was a one time experience. I will NEVER shop at best by again.
Worst experience of my life. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY AND THEIR HANDICAPPED GEEK SQUAD!! If you do you will regret it. Anything straight up electronic, go to the large warehouse store that starts with a C. Best customer service and return policy. I wish they installed.
Just noticed that when they put the car back together some of the parts look crooked. Looks like we will make yet another trip back."

Wow, I didn't know Geek Squad installed automatic car starters. Oh! I guess they don't!
