My uncle just got me a new Ipod nano and i really didn't like the color, but i loved the Ipod. Do I need a reciept to exchange it for a different one? Because I think he either threw it away or lost it.

If your uncle paid Credit Card and your within the return policy that should not be an issue.

What a nice gift!  Even though it was a gift, a receipt is required for any return or exchange at Best Buy®.  As Josh5442 mentioned, if your uncle paid by credit card, he can return to the store or call Consumer Relations at 888-BESTBUY to obtain the receipt information.
