Ok so the bbyintl site won't help you since that's for international repair under black tie protection which you didn't purchase.
Unfortunately the warranty coverage you have is through the computer manufacturer and not through Best Buy at all.

Harold you're 100% wrong on that (at least what I think you were trying to say).
Yes PCs do come with a 1 yr manufacturer warranty. Many of these manufacturer warranties (all I've seen) are only good for repair in the purchasing country.
Black Tie Protection does have international repair reimbursement via bbyintl.com so that way if you need to have the item repaired you get reimbursed for the repair by the plan.
So the extra coverage they paid for actually is a big benefit to them being able to get the machine repaired internationally.
