Ok so the bbyintl site won't help you since that's for international repair under black tie protection which you didn't purchase.

Unfortunately the warranty coverage you have is through the computer manufacturer and not through Best Buy at all.

Although I am employed by Geek Squad my opinions do not in any way shape or form represent Best Buy's Official stance on matters. My opinions are solely my own.

I want to issues this advisement that

if " anyone from outside united state " come and visit and go into best buy and if they said that the manufactured warranty and extended warranty are cover in your home county...........the only thing is cover is the manufactured warranty and not your extended warranty so when you pay $200 for that extra coverage for geek squad warranty they are deceiving customer and tourist each times so they can make that extra buck off a tourist

Harold you're 100% wrong on that (at least what I think you were trying to say).

Yes PCs do come with a 1 yr manufacturer warranty. Many of these manufacturer warranties (all I've seen) are only good for repair in the purchasing country. 

Black Tie Protection does have international repair reimbursement via bbyintl.com so that way if you need to have the item repaired you get reimbursed for the repair by the plan. 

 

So the extra coverage they paid for actually is a big benefit to them being able to get the machine repaired internationally.
