At this time, all US Best Buy® locations should be accepting the Disney Movie Rewards manufacturer coupons on qualifying titles.  This includes “Cars” and “The Incredibles” while also honoring the combined savings of $10 off your purchase if both movies are purchased together.  The Disney Movie Reward coupons are manufacturer coupons and should be processed as such by your local store.
