I received a message on 12/19 that an Apple MP3 product was dropped off for Geek Squad to fix. That makes sense since my little brother's iPod needed repairing, but I was wondering why my email address was listed instead of my dad's. Today I received another email saying that the product had been picked up at our local store; thing is, none of us have been there to get it. I have the details if someone can look them up. If a stranger has picked up my little brother's iPod without their info being verified, you better believe BestBuy is getting sued.

Typically iPods are rapid exchanged and the replacement is mailed to the address of the person who brought it in. I wonder if the postman left you guys an early present.

I've already checked the mail today and it wasn't there. On the tracking page at the bottom it says: "We will contact you as soon as the product is complete and ready for pickup or if it is being shipped directly to your designated address." The status says: "Completed product has been picked up by the customer." My dad specified for them to ship it. Would it say this if UPS or FedEx had picked it up?
