I recently purchased a Sony Cyber-Shot WX9 and was supposed to receive a camera case, an SD card and a $10 gift card. My order does not show any of that. How can I get help from Best Buy?

I purchased a Panasonic camera on Cyber Monday which also had the free camera case, sd card, 8 x 8 photo book, and $10 E-card if item was picked up instore instead of free shipping to your home. I went and picked up the camera yesterday and there was no record of free case or sd card. Best Buy Associate informed me to phone customer service which I did first thing the next morning. The associate was very helpful but she too had no record of these items available with camera purchase. She forwarded my situation to promotions and I am awaiting a return phone call from them. You would think Best Buy would know exactly the items they were offering on Cyber Monday so customer service could solve this problem. I wonder how many other customers are experiencing this same issue. I will post again if and when this problem is corrected.

I spoke to two associates after a total wait of three hours. Neither could pull up the promo & forwarded the info to promo with a promise of call back within 72 hours. So far hasnt happened. I have a feeling this will not get resolved. Looks a little like bait & lure since some other websites had the same pricing. I am returning mine today. will stick to amazon.

Hi. I have a screenshot of the $10 e-gift card offer. If anybody needs just reply to this post. Several people reported getting their e-gift card on another forum. Does anyone have a copy of the Free Camera Case and SD Card offer?

Just an update on my Cyber Monday camera purchase. Today I received my $10 E-Card from Best buy. Now the only things missing are the camera case and sd card. I emailed back concerning these missing items and will continue waiting for an answer. Hopefully this will get resolved soon.

Today I got through to a very helpful associate at 1-888-237-8289. After explaining my situation to him he explained he would not be able to give me the free case or sd card but instead would credit my credit card a fair amount that would allow me to purchase the camera case and sd card on my next visit to Best Buy. This resolved my issue to my satisfaction. I spoke to the associate's supervisor and told her the professional and helpful way the associate resolved my problem. I think it's important to credit people that provide outstanding service whenever possible. I hope others that have this Cyber Monday issue have the same result of satisfaction that I experienced today. I will continue to shop at Best Buy in the future after this customer service communication.

You could use Photobucket, Flickr, or any of the other 'free photo sharing' sites to post a link. I'd really appreicate it. It's always nice to be prepared before doing battle...haha. I still haven't gotten an email about the $10 e-gift card so it's time to make some phone calls and I may as well try to get the SD card and case (or credit) at the same time.
