I purchased a TV back in 11/27/08 and the schedule delivery option on your "website" gave this date to get the TV delivered to us. 12/05/08 and that someone will call us in 24 hours to schedule "this supossed delivery" Guess what, nothing till this day no delivery calls all the #'s I call... nobody knows anything about it! Have 3 case #'s already. Spoke to several people got multiple names on a list which I am keeping track of everything! email customer service all I get is a lame answer saying guess what?.... someone will call me , hahaha are you kidding me? I have not heard from bestbuy online (don't purchase online people) at all and if you have an independent delivery place well it will be good that you re-evaluate the business they are conducting.And I would like to know where my purchase is at... the worst part is that I have spent a lot of money purchasing things from best buy and I am about this close to return everything because it is brand new and in the box. Please people take your business somewhere else... I know I should've gone to CC "if you know this is the other store like this one. I guess I can't post their name here.
