I had an order delivered to my home on the 18th. They weren't able to pick up the old oven due to the fact that it was hard-wired. It is now installed and I put in a call for pick up tomorrow 3/21/12. I was supposed to receive a call today to my cell regarding a time frame. I did not get any calls. I asked at home (just in case) and we do not have any calls their either. I feel like I kind of slipped through the cracks. After the delivery it said that everything was complete in a confirmation email. This is not true. They still need to pick up the oven. Would this be why I did not get the call or was it a hiccough? Either way, I need this thing picked up. I don't like the idea of keeping an old stove in the middle of my dining room for an extended period of time.
