What is BBY policy on combining the DVD Upgrade & Save Coupon together with a Manufacturer Coupon on a purchase? Based on my understanding, the Upgrade/Save Coupon is like a discount coupon for the item and the Manufacturer Coupon is treated as a form of tender payment. My local BBY has refused to accept them together, just either one can only be use.

Saving money today is often very important, so it was great to read that you had a manufacturer’s coupon for a movie to use with our Upgrade and Save promotion. I am sorry to read that you have had some troubles with your local store accepting our Upgrade & Save Coupon with the manufacturer’s coupon that you had on the same purchase.

Per our coupon policy, a valid manufacturer’s coupon should be accepted in our stores, regardless of a sale price, price match or if you are using one of our own coupons or Reward Zone certificates, unless the coupon value is greater than the item’s value or otherwise stated. A valid coupon would need to feature a barcode, the manufacturer’s coupon label and the manufacturer’s address. Only one manufacturer’s coupon can be accepted per corresponding item purchased.

If you had a manufacturer’s coupon for one of the qualifying Blu-ray movies in our Upgrade and Save and you have the coupon for turning in a DVD, then both coupons should be accepted. I would like to look into this further with the store if you are still having troubles with this, but I would need to gather some additional details from you. If you could send me a private message here on the forum, using the link in my signature below, with the details on what movie you were trying to purchase, and the store you had visited, this would assist me in reviewing this with you.

Manufactory coupons does not work. I did received some Disney coupons and I was advice that can not be used in combination with the $5.00 trade in. 

Thats is unfortunatelly, Also Even though best buy acept the disney coupons, Best buy only applies them after taxes are added to total. I wonder why  is that?

I had this same problem yesterday. The Manufacturer Coupon was not accepted.
