So, I bought a DSLR EOS T2i last Thursday. Now I want to upgrade it to the T3i instead. Does the 15% restocking fee apply if I exchange it?

The restocking fee applies to special order products. If you bought it online and it said "Special Order" under the add to cart button, then yes. Otherwise, there is no restocking fee.
