hello there,
on my orders, my mother recently bought me a kindle touch at the nyc 5th avenue 'Best Buy' store.
she got a normal kindle $79.99 and case $39.99 by mistake.
she went back and exchange the kindle $79.99 for the KINDLE TOUCH $99.99
however, on leaving, she asked the store sales person, is the cover ok for the 'KINDLE TOUCH' too?
the salesperson incorrectly said "yes, one size fits all"
i now have the kindle touch which works fine, but the leather cover is for a different model kindle and won't fit the kindle touch.
i have the receipts and paid for "worldwide insurance"
is there any way i can get the 'kindle touch' leather cover in exchange for the one i have which is useless to me?
there is no contact email or form on this site so i'm reduced to posting my request here..

thanks, the problem is im in ireland, my mother was on holidays last week in nyc, is there any way i can exchange it locally here in ireland? a long shot i guess.. ![]()

I'm sorry to hear the sales associate gave you misinformation about what will fit on the Kindle Fire cover. Initially I would have recommended that you take it back, but if you are in Ireland, that's going to be pretty difficult. We don't have any retails locations in Ireland and we don't ship internationally.
