Customer service sucks

I bought an iPad 2 in feb. then the iPad 3 comes out. I saw the new ad, and the iPad 2s were $100.00 cheaper, so I called the store not once, but twice and was told there was a 90 day price guarantee, so I would be given $100.00 back, was told this both times I called, even got the name of who I spoke to. When I went to the store, I was told its only a 30 day guarantee, and sorry, theres nothing they can do. They would have a talk to who told me that. I was pi$$3d, and won't be buying anything else from there.

It is, and always was, 30 days.

I do apologize if you were given misinformation regarding our Price March Guarantee. I would like to look into this further, but I need more information. Can you please send me a private message letting me know what store this happened at, any names of our associates you might have talked to and when this happened. Please also include your contact information. I can't guarantee anything, but I would like to investigate this further to see if we might be able to resolve it for you.
