Customer service and repairs

It is beyond me how bad customer service is with best buy. I need a repair on a washing machine and it has now been WELL over 2 1/2 weeks and still no answer on when it will be done. In my area they use a "third party" and have continually shifted the blame to them. Note to best buy -I DIDNOT BUY IT FROM THEM. My advice to anyone buying anything from this company would be to find out who does the service in your area and consider buying from a company that really does care about their service.

This happens far too often. The frustration is totally understandable.

I agree completely, that even though your repair is being performed by a local service center, any problems with your repair are Best Buy®s responsibility to solve. I can assure you that Best Buy® cares about our service to our customers, and I would like to look into your repair and do what it takes to get you a resolution in this matter.
