You need to call 1-800-GEEKSQUAD and ask for the TV Repair department.  Your repairs should be covered under the MFG's warranty or the GSBTP warranty if you bought the extra coverage from BB.  While an exchange can be done outside of the 30 day return/exchange policy, that would be left up to a manager's discretion.  It would be best to call the store where you purchased the TV to check on that part.
