I went to pay my new bill online today, only to find out that you cannot pay the bill the same day it's due, and it takes two days for the payment to post. I pay almost all of my bills online, and never have I comes across a website or company that does not allow same day processing. In addition, you cannot make your payment at the store, which is also ridiculous. So now, in addition to the late fee (when it's not late), I risk the possibility of losing my same as cash, no interest. I am amazed at the erratic level of service that Best Buy provides to it's customers. I had a great experience when we picked out our new camera, where a manager went out of their way to help us right before Christmas. Upon getting home, we found out the lens was not comparable to the one in the package deal. Which I wasn't really upset about and knew we could exchange it after the holiday. But the service we received trying to exchange it was terrible, when we went to pick up the new lens, the service was terrible, and then top it off with this. I'll consider purchasing elsewhere in the future.
