There is nothing you can do becasue Best Buy has no customer service. The sales rep and Mgrs at the Store do not care becasue the 30 day window has passed. Your best bet is to contact the BBB and file a complaint.

I love the lurkers around here looking to digg up stuff from BB, and then use it for legal action... everyone wants a piece of someone elses success.

Why can I view only the first 10 posts on this thread? I don't see a "next page" button.

 

Since I can't find the second page of posts, posting an answer would be useless. Please send me a private message if you think you know what I'm missing here.

Thanks, Kreed - this is actually a known issue that we are working on....I'm not sure why this isn't included.  At this moment, you can access page 2 of a thread, but only from the board menu.  After the subject, you can click on the page number to view.  Obviously, it makes sense to be able to go to page 2 directly from page 1 without having to return to a third page.  We hope to have this updated soon & thanks for bringing it up!  I'll also send this to your private message to make sure you get it!

’d give you a Kudo, but several threads seem to be ineligible for that function. I hate to keep pointing out glitches – but what’s up with that?

 

I had actually found another way after my last post. From page one, you can click thread “options” and invert them …. Showing the newest first.

 

Obviously, a page selection from within the thread makes the most sense….but I’d rather see BBY focus its attention on tangible customer service before devoting much energy to trivial matters like Forum thread access.
