As for the smartarse, do you have nothing better to do than butt in other people's issues? You took one part of a detailed complaint and decide to be a comedian with it, well done. And yes, I realize that this is a public forum, but I couldn't find an email online for Best Buy. Do they pay people like you to troll on here so that customers will think twice about complaining? Nice! FYI Best Buy: It doesnt add to your case, please provide a direct link for complaints and do yourself a favour.

Well they sure didn't go to school to learn how to change oil for free. Look at the prices to go to school to learn how to work on cars and you'll see!

FYI - Autozone will come out to the parking lot to install, at no charge, any car battery you buy there. Pretty cool!
