First of all, I want to sincerely apologize for the completely uncalled for comment made by the Best Buy associate. It sounds like this associate is not only lacking customer service skills, but some very basic human decency as well. We strive to make sure that everyone feels welcome at our locations, so this never should have happened.
I am going to document this here at the corporate office and notify the management at that location. It's too bad that we can't attach a name to this, but since you pointed out the date and position the representative was in, I think they will be able to narrow it down. Hopefully we can find out who said this and make sure nothing like this happens again.
