Hello,
I purchased some I tunes cards from your store, a while back; and when I went to redeem them I got a note that said they had been cancelled. Pllease let me know what info you need so we can resolve this.

It may take a few days to get a representative response on here. Your best option will be to go into one of our stores and see if Customer Service can help. Do you still have copies of the receipts? Used a Rewards Zone card on the transaction? And how did you pay for it? Hopefully not cash since it's practically impossible to trace.

Ugh! How can they just cancel the cards?! I would really have to dig for the receipt with little real chance of finding it. I'm so frustrated!

The only reason I could think of for a gift card being cancelled is if there was a promotion where you got the card free with another purchase and you returned that item. Aside from that, if the payment was somehow rejected by your banking instituion after the purchase had been made. If neither of these, I've got no clue.

We don’t have the ability to cancel or modify third-party gift cards, so it’d be difficult to determine why your iTunes cards would’ve been cancelled.
