So I bought a copy of Rage for the PS3 from your local store and it flat out doesn't work. I has to be a dud from the factory because I've tried everything and still can't get it to load in my system. The manual inside was bent in half as well when I opened it up so something must have happened at the factory. I don't have the receipt anymore but is there anything I can do?

It cannot be returned, only exchanged.
You would need your receipt, but depending on how you purchased it (cash/credit card/check) they may be able to look up the receipt for you and reprint a copy. Also, it must be purchased within 30 days to be eligible for exchange.

I bought it with a gift card so that's probably a bad thing considering I don't have the receipt anymore huh?
