I just bought a Sony camcorder on Black Friday and we finally tested it out. It is HORRIBLE!!! On the camcorder and TV, video recording and photos. It says on the receipt there can be a 15% re-stocking fee. Is this applicable all the time? Will I have to pay to return a horrible product?? Thank you!

The restocking fee only applies to special order appliances, you're fine in returning the item.

That was the old policy and they are just trying to use up the old receipt paper.  You will not be charged a restocking fee.
