I was really dissapointed on how this was handled for people who reserved the game. The location I got mine from was springfield IL. I got there about 15 minutes before the midnight release and was about the 75th person in line, which I could care less about. The thing that got me was when the store opened the people who reserved had to go to customer service where as everyone else got to go to the registers wehre there were twice as many employees checking them out. We had 2 or 3 people checking out reserved copy customers. That is ludicrous. I waited in line for 30 minutes before I got my game and there were still a good 25-45 people behind me while the regular checkout lines had NO ONE in line. How bogus? By the amount of reserved copies you had in place did bestbuy not think that a big percentage of them would show up at midnight for it? People that reserve the game are usually the more avid gamers. This has taught me to never reserve a game again. Poor service, which just adds to the declining service bestbuy has had since CC went out of business. Please do not turn into their customer service
