I'm definitely not asking for a replacement yet, but when does it qualify for the NL policy? And what is that policy?

So I called customer relations today after I left the store.
I was told to go see the manager(troy)
Went in tonight.
Got a new xbox.
Now no complaints on my end.
Best buy stepped up and made the situation right.
matt.

Seeing that the original poster on this thread was eventually awarded a new Xbox, I think around four weeks I'll ask for the same--referencing this thread if I have to. Although I may look around and see if anyone else is still offering a replacement warranty on 360s and then just use the store credit Best Buy gives me to buy Christmas presents. I might've put it toward a new 52" Sony Bravia, but I've heard way too many horror stories about the PSPs on those. It's really frustrating, because Best Buy is the only store that has the selection I want, but I just don't feel like I can trust their customer service on medium and large items. I've never had a bad experience exchanging or returning smaller items, but the second Geek Squad policies get involved it's completely up for grabs.
